We have a drummer now, his name is Mike, he’s originally from California. We went up and practiced with him last Tuesday and started coming up with some melody’s and stuff. Maybe after a couple more practices we’ll try doing a quick recording of something, that way we’ll have some songs with all the members of the band playing in them instead of just me.

I updated the site with a new layout today. I kinda started to hate the old one with the huge menu text and everything. Plus I read somewhere that it’s easier on your eyes to read dark text on a light background, than light text on a dark background. IE is a little fussy with it but everything seems alright so far.
I got rid of the guestbook, I saw no point in having it anymore since I created the forum. Also I got rid of the search this site thing since it didn’t really work, maybe I’ll add it again if it starts working right.
I’ll also start changing our myspace page to fit with this theme soon.

Today I just made things easier on myself. Before I would edit this news page by hand, make sure all the tags were in the right place, manually type in the date, time, etc. But today I installed WordPress, which does all that stuff for me, so all I have to do is type my message and then press publish when I’m done, just like a real blog. Plus, another good thing is I can create accounts so that other members of the band can finally post here without needing to know any html. So who knows, maybe I won’t be the only one posting here anymore…only time will tell.
